well, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I can't agree with that assessment.
The amount of creative composition on each page is great to watch. He may have skimped on the inking to meat a deadline, since the work has a spareness about it, still better than the work of many others.
Sea Hunt was a show I have vivid memories of watching after school. I think Lloyd Bridges face is engrained on the back of my eyeballs. Never forgotten. But. I can't remember the plot of a single episode. Go figure!

Same here though one or two plots mayremain in memory files, but the action and science often overwhelmed the plots.
I can well remember learning that pure oxygen gas acts like a poison below fifty feet. By extension I remember the plot of the episode where this came up. An older diver using a WW2 era rebreather, which extracts CO2 but replaces it with pure oxygen, would not listen to Mike and had to be rescued.

Then there were two eps where the maximum penetration of bullets fired into or under water was very important.
We learned the science behind "Rapture of the Deep" and "the Bends" and explosive decompression, along with methods of avoiding these dangers.

I read more issues and the quality varies a lot from one story to the next with some art being very enjoyable.
