I've just gotten to this book. Yup, I saw that "Bomb Tokyo" game. Imagine that: American kids were playing a game sorta like our somewhat current day, "Battle Ship", or "Broadside" or "Dogfight"; while the little Japanese school children were being taught-FOR REAL-how to spear, maim and kill the American invaders, with bamboo spears, should they ever land on the Japanese homeland. Oh my!
