OK, HELP. I've spent all afternoon down innumerable rabbit holes looking for an artist I'd. Nothing. Not a clue. I was sure I could track him down. That'll teach me.
Anyone care to do some digging?

The Pepys Games website, at:   https://www.wopc.co.uk/uk/pepys/pepys-games  ,  lists artists for only a few stray card games for which they have that information.  Unfortunately, "I Commit" is not one of them.  Neither is "Crime Club".  But that site has many games worth checking out.  I had no idea that there were so many unique card games developed in The UK using Disney characters and film themes during the 1930s  through the 1950s.  Some of the artwork is of excellent quality.
