Paw, having been able to keep the narrative text and dialogues very, very close to The original Dutch, despite wanting to express that the way English speaking people do, naturally, and thus, KNOWING that the "gist" you got from reading this story and looking at the illustrations shouldn't be very far, at all from what you'll get from reading my version, I think that the main bonus from reading it in English will be the hidden subtle humour, and the intricate evil plans of the villainous businessmen.
I hope that you and Bowers will both join us in reviewing and analysing this book, Fulgor 7, Sci-Fi book, and The Sledgehammer 1("De Moker 1") masked mystery-man crimefighter, starting next Monday as our next Reading Group choices.
