An audaciously different strip--and, for the Golden Age, a daringly elaborate--not to say wildly different--costume. The thing I find weirdly fascinating, though, is the fact that the Turtle's skin is pink while everybody else, good guys and bad--is orange. (and nobody mentions it.) Therefore probably a production dept. decision that the creator had nothing to do with.
