Having some problems logging into the download site.

I get the following error message:

Error: Login failed... The password does not match the one in our records.
Failed inside $this->usertype->do_login()
. If you believe this to be in error, please quote the above error and report this to the admin

I try again and get this message:

Error: Login failed... No username was entered. If you believe this to be in error, please quote the above error and report this to the admin

Yet I am logged in

If your logged in then ignore message and go download lol

I know about the username empty problem BUT it displays the error message but still lets you log into your account fine. Its random... but it still lets you into site and you can download fine.

I have the same log-in problem as snappercarr, except I just repeatedly get the first error message every time I try and log-in at the main page. I am logged in here on the message board, but that apparently means diddly-squat if I go to try a download-still says I am guest-user status only. Using IE.
Help?

Many thanks for your assistance after I emailed you privately. A couple of frustrating days, a password change, but all's now well and I can correctly log-in again.
