I've upped a single file containing the PD pages of 5 Tip Tops: 171,172,176,178,181.
Starting sometime after Tip Top became a 32(36)page comic, only 3 features remained: Nancy, Cap&Kids, and one drama/adventure strip (like Curly Kayoe, Broncho Bill, Abbie & Slats).

Tarzan was the third strip starting with #171, until the end of the UFS run - #188.
So... half those comics are non-PD, leaving only C&K, covers, ads and fillers.
So... I've combined my 5 scans of the PD pages into one file. If this is ok (and worth doing), I can dig up other scans that are available, and combine them with mine so that the files are in order (maybe, eventually, 3 batches of 6 files to cover the 18 Tarzan issues).

An earlier Tip Top tonight - #66!

The only non-pd is Abner (7 pages) - Tarzan was dropped after #62 (not to return for over 10 years in #171), and Nancy didn't have her own strip yet (this might be the last Phil Fumble strip - in #68 it changes to Nancy, and the gcbdb doesn't have info on #67).

BUT, it's also missing the 4th wrap - see details on the download page.

Sticking with Sparkler, I've upped a replacement for #90 that now has the missing cf pages (aside from a Tarz pg).
Sadly, this issue has 21 non-PDs removed - 12 Nans & 9 Tarzz.
