German pulp published between 1919-1921. Considered the first fantasy magazine with good, macabre expressionist artwork. Looks interesting.

Paw, thanks for the links and the warning. Personally I don't find these images any more offensive than some of the horror images elsewhere on this site, no more horrific than some of the Poe images Professor H publishes in his posts. (And that is not in any way meant as a criticism) or some of the mainstream images published in comics in the '90s. It's not my cup of tea, but the art is very good, striking, good use of design, color and imagination and I am happy to be made aware of it.
