Surprised Paw hasn't answered this one yet, considering its been up since 2016. Well, he's a busy man. Yes, its British. Norman Light is better known as the illustrator of MarvelMan, the British iteration of Captain Marvel when Fawcett lost their court case and the Brits still wanted to publish.
