'twasn't me who c2c-ized Feature 83; 'twas jonThescanner

What happened with Target v8#3? It's showing as 'corrected' (but I didn't; I only did vol4#3).
And the added info is wrong: it's vol 4#3 (May/43) that has the Target-less Target story, not vol8#3(dated May/47).

Definitely my fault crossing signals with the volume of uploads I was working with. I removed the 'corrected' tag, let me know what else you want done and I will comply asap sir.

If I c2cize a comic I try to remember to leave the original uploader as the credited person.  As a moderator I have that power.
