I have a question about the character of the white Indian.... Is it protected? Are there any descendants of Frank Frazetta? If so, should they be asked for permission to publish a publication of the white Indian drawn by Frazetta?

I wonder it there's any connection to "White Comanche" possibly the dumbest western ever made with William Shatner with not even a tan and a 70's haircut trying to pass for an indian warchief.
