These were concerns I had with this issue from back in August, which I probably should have posted here:

Are these the right contents for the book? The job code is G.A.#21, which makes me wonder if it's from #21 of the Dell series. The text story has a copyright date of 1948, and it looks like the 2nd story has a copyright date of 1948. The issue is dated March 1943.

As someone else noted, #6 is a Fawcett Publication, not Dell, but it's in the Dell secton.

There were two Gene Autry #6 issues.  Fawcett published Gene Autry #1-10 from 1941-3.  Dell took over publishing #11-12 in '43-4.  Then Dell published a series of issues in their Four Color series.  They than began with a new #1 in 1946.  Unfortunately GCD has neither #6 nor #21 of that series indexed, yet.

So it could be right or wrong.  I'll check with scanner Dell4C and see what he thinks.
