News reaches us that Jimpy has passed away, peacefully at home on July 12th. Jimpy was a prolific scanner and you can find his work in many sections on this site.  His work was of a very high standard and he will be greatly missed.
Our condolences to his family and friends.

This is very sad news.
He was always a very nice person in my dealing with him.
He will be missed for sure.
