Why wasn't the comic book left uploaded, and just the copyrighted material removed?  I thought THAT was the policy up to now.  I've seen a lot of partial books on this website.

You can't just pull pages from the website. You have to delete the book, remove the pages and then reupload

Why not, if the remainder of the book is PD?  I have seen many books on this website that have PD pages removed.
