Problem downloading latest Captain Easy file.

Hello!  The latest Captain Easy file, even as small as it is, refuses to download properly.  I have tried to capture this file over the last few days, failing each time.  My Download Manager reveals nothing about the problem beyond the usual "Failed" notation next to the file's line entry, and I have tried it a number of times on differing days, and have had no difficulties downloading other items from this site, DCM, or Pulpscans.  I am running Windows 10.1 and using Mozilla's latest Firefox browsing software.  Any ideas anyone?

Hi ej.  I downloaded the file fine.  No problem.  I downloaded via Vivaldi and duckduckgo.  I'll try on Firefox, which is up to date.
Just as quick and easy as on Vivaldi.  I have no idea why the file wont download for you.
