Welcome to CB+. Please take the time to look around and get to know what is here.
We have a non-English section which may have no Chilean comics at the moment.
A reasonably sizeable Spanish language section tho. To be found here:-

As you may know everything on this site is PD, meaning it is all in the public domain.   

We are interested in anything you are willing to contribute, particularly information. please teach us about the Chilean comic scene.

As Panther says, we're interested in old Chilean comics etc. that you could contribute.

I have already noticed some European books and strips. Absolutely intriguing.
