How can i create my own original public domain golden age super hero comic books?

That's a VERY wide question, whose answer could fill a book.  You might have to hire and pay someone to answer that question in great detail.  Would you accept a very general outline of the major steps along one particular track of possibility open to you?

I don't claim to know much about The US, UK, or Australian comic book markets, or much about superhero comics, for that matter.  But, before thinking about self-publishing on a system of print-to-order, or trying to find an interested publisher, for ANY kind of comic book, if I were you, I would take my best shot at writing the most entertaining, interesting, and visually and mentally stimulating story, and draw up the best technically-sound storyboards I could, and show it around to friends for their opinions of it.  And if you can get any help/advice (and critique) from professionals in the field (who you can trust), that would help as well.  IF you get good feedback at that stage you could move on with a plan of which direction to take it.

There are several members of CB+ that know a LOT more about superhero comic books and that genre's market than I do, who I hope will comment on this thread.  But, I think it would be best for you to have something in mind before trying to figure out what to do with it.

Have you done any professional drawing or storywriting for any comic book publishers?
