Hi Panther, All of the work on the site is mine. I have worked with others in the past on my anthology comic but it?s all mine from now on.
That is indeed Peter Cushing? it?s from a Vampire Lovers print that I did.  You may also have recognised Chaplin and Stan Laurel :)
