I've just stumbled across a large collection of Judge magazine at archive.org
I didn't know about Judge but, browsing through the issues briefly it seems a bit like Mad Magazine for an earlier generation. There's elements in Judge's pages that I don't like (racist and sexist things) but the satirical style seems to be sort of inbetween Mad and Punch.
