Doctor Who said: ?Good men don?t need rules. That?s why I have so many.?

You seem to have come up with an excellent comics quiz question.  But no one who knows the answer has noticed this thread.  Sorry, I can't help.  Perhaps it would help to mention the literature or media genre that brought the most public notoriety to your doctor character?  (such as Sci-Fi, Superheroes, Police/Detective, Classic novel, Medical Soap Opera, Western, and dare I add "funny animal")?

I know it WASN'T ACG's "Doc Bark", or Jack Bradbury's "Doc Kwak", or Fawcett's "Doc Ima Quack".

Oh Boy!
That wasn't a question - it was a statement.
One of CB+s cute faults is that if you don't use what it considers correct grammar - and I sometimes prefer to take shortcuts with grammar in posts - it prints your posts with question masks. I have only just noticed that it happened with this post. I've corrected the original post.
It also didn't occur to me that you could interpret 'Doctor Who said' As 'The Doctor who said?' And the 'Who' was capitalized. My mind has just boggled.  My bad.
Reminds me of Dr Who 11's series where they played around with that quite a bit and had villains coming out to the woodwork saying, 'Dr Who? Who?' ie - what's his real name?
So I just like the quote.
He's saying, I don't run into many good men, which is why I have so many rules. Which fits my currrent mood.
Cheers, and thanks for trying Robb!

I've noticed that in many of my posts. I've pretty much given up trying to use non-English characters like letters with tildes, umlauts, and such. The character invariably shows as a question mark. Annoying, but I can understand why it happens. I don't understand why "ordinary" English symbols like apostrophes and quotes sometime come out that way. What marks the difference between a "good" apostrophe and a "bad" one? Can any webheads out there clue me in?

ALL my apostrophes are printed as question marks.  I don't add them where they are needed any more.

Ha! Ha!  How could I have been so blind, not seeing the CAPITAL "W"???   Of course, I know who "Dr. Who" was and is. But, thinking about it, CB+ having a pinned Comics Quiz Thread might be a very nice feature.

I will look into this. At the moment we are talking about the forum?

I assume so.  Where else but The Forum, and specifically, The "Comics talk" section, might a "Comics Quiz Thread" be placed?
