Small country and It's difficult to not meet or see someone famous/infamous from time to time.  Mr. Rankin  turned up at comic marts and I had a few words with him on 2 occasions.  He's a good bloke, interesting, no pretensions. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of his books, or the tv versions of them. I prefer to hear him talk about books and comics.
