Probably the the country's most important walking, talking encyclopedia of comics.  Heard him on Radio Scotland this morning talking about Rude Britannia, the new show at the Tate in London.  Based, I believe, on the BBC tv prog. and featuring not only comics but political drawings, cartoons etc.
