There were at least 8 heroes that were never revised in the 70's, including a version of Marvel Boy that predates the later 50's  version.
Some of the OK characters were later revived in the mini-series,The Twelve No attempt was made to include them in Marvel continuity.

You can get the information by searching the titles, there are plenty of sites out there that will give you the information, including GCD.
