The blog, THE COMIC DETECTIVE is running a series on the 1939 DC vs. Victor Fox "Wonder Man" lawsuit (Detective Comics, Inc. vs. Bruns Publications, Inc., Kable News Company, and Interborough News Co) They even managed to turn up the actual transcripts!

There's still more testimony to come. Next up is Jerry Siegel, with Max Gaines, Sheldon Mayer and Harry Donenfeld coming right behind him. Fascinating reading!
