Red Circle Comics #1 (Superior Publishers Limited)

Hi everyone!

I was researching on Grand Comics Database about Airmale, because I'm working on a compilation about him.

Much to my surprise, I found out that he appeared in Red Circle Comics #1 (1946), published by Superior Publishers Limited. We have that issue on the site, but there's only the Duke of Darkness story; it would be amazing to have that full number here on the site. If anyone happens to have the scans for that issue, it would be greatly appreciated if they uploaded it here, thanks!

You've likely run into the same Copyright problem you encountered related to your wanting many of Bell Features' books.  It seems that under current Canadian copyright law, a copyright doesn't reach public domain until 50 years AFTER the death of the writer AND artist, or 95 years after its year of issuance.  So, a 1946 book would not fall into the public domain until 2041.  Apparently, The Duke of Darkness' writer/artist died young.
