Trouble with downloads

I've been having trouble downloading some files. I downloaded Plastic Man no. 1 without any problem but when I tried to download Police Comics no.1 the first time it stopped about 80% of the way through it. The second time I tried it completed. I then tried to download Police Comics no. 2 and it also failed. I've managed to eat up 200mb of my downloads and have only gotten 2 comics out of it. I've tried both my home computer & the one at the library where they have a faster internet and experienced failed downloads at both. Any suggestions?

Who is your ip provider at home? I have no explanation for the issue at your library; but perhaps they do not allow downloading of files depending on the size.

If your at home provider is AOL...well, you might have to try something different or contact them.

Recently I tried downloading Top-Notch Comics #2, and Pep Comics #1 (MLJ) and got a little pop-up box says "Broken Archive" I don't want to stretch the bandwidth by re-downloading the same issues so how can I tell if/when they get fixed?

Thanks for letting us know. We are looking into this (it is not constant, and comes and goes for some users) and will take steps to aggressively target the factors causing it.
