Slight problem with some of the files so bear with us while we get new, corrected versions uploaded.
Normal service will be resumed shortly, or probably after I've had my dinner ;)

Yes, I proceeded to upload new corrected version that should now work as intended. I changed the numbering of the pages. I hope everyone who was experiencing problems will now be satisfied with the outcome. :D
