Over in the Australian and New Zealand corner of the comic books listings, The Crimson Comet Comic #13 has arrived. It is in the 'landscape' presentation that features in some Australian comics of the time.

This issue has two stories:
  • The Crimson Comet - untitled, 23 pages, by Albert de Vine (writer and artist). Superhero action. The Crimson Comet, in his regular identity of private investigator Ralph Rivers, is approached by a new client who claims that Earth will soon be invaded by flying saucers from Neptune.
  • Fearless Ferdie - 'Fearless Ferdie in Hollywood', 4 pages, by Phil Crouch (writer and artist). Anthropomorphic animal humour. Fearless Ferdie is called in to save a sabotaged movie production.
