Profile Pictures / Avatars
« on: November 08, 2023, 06:01:02 PM »

I've implemented some changes to the forum profile images and data. This is for a variety or reasons: to clean up missing images, tighten up privacy and also to give a us a little bit more pazazz.

Everyone now has a picture. If you have not uploaded or chosen a pic from the library you'll be allocated a default one. It's easy to change, just click on it.  I've increased the allowed size slightly to 150px x 150px. The library has been redone with close to 1,000 images to choose from. We'll add more as we go.

A note of caution. I started work on this about 6 months ago. but other things kept coming up so the development was very disjointed. Therefore, I may well have missed things along the way. But there is only one way to find out, so I've crossed my fingers and made it live  :)

Mark hasn't pointed this out, but the profile details which were on the open forum 'avatar images, can now be accessed by clicking on the avatar image.
Maybe a link, 'Profile' could be added under the image, so people are aware of this.?
Took me a while to figure it out.

Cheers!
