I was surprised and delighted to find this on GAC. I have a couple of other issues of this title and so I've downloaded this one.  Great stuff.  As to whether it's p.d, all I can say is that the title started in 1952 and ran monthly for 12 issues (although International Superheroes site says the title lasted 10 issues - unless you have the issues in question or know someone who has, it's difficult to know for sure.) Just can't lay my hands on a British price guide at the moment. Also that both Bob monkhouse and Denis Gifford have passed away.  I'm pretty certain that this and other British titles from this era have never been reprinted.  Masterman was not one of the heroes brought back by Grant Morrison for the Zenith story in 2000 AD.  I'm pretty sure you're all right with this one.

Despite what I wrote above, this link to the British Library section on copyright might give cause for concern:-

So, no matter that I think no-one will bother their bahookey about Masterman being hosted on a not for profit site, the law might just, if anyone still really cares about something so old and forgotten, be concerned.
I have a couple of contacts here in Scotland who have published comics in U.K. and I think they should be able to help.
