Wasn't too sure where to put this comment  This Black Roger  comic is almost certainly Australian or New Zealand.  The 8d price tag is a giveaway. Antipodean countries used British LSD coinage system till the mid '60's and 8d is 8 old pence.  And that was not a British comic price.
