Hi everyone
I'm probably late to the party, but I've just discovered Hoopla Digital, which has a bunch of e-resources including a whole comic book section that includes comic books and graphic novels. I'm in Australia and only had to have a library card from my local library in order to access it. It's a US company, but I'm not sure which other countries have it. You can go to the website or download the free App. Great on an iPad but would also work on other devices.
Anyway, although they have a lot of contemporary comics, I've also been able to find compilation volumes of Golden Age and Silver Age comics, such as some Marvel Masterworks volumes, 'Wonder Woman in the 50s', 'The Flash: 80 Years of the Fastest Man Alive' (which includes some Golden Age Flash) and many more. Also lots of Dr Who comics. I've only started scratching the surface. Well worth checking out. You can borrow an issue and download it, then it's returned in 21 days.
I haven't put the web link because it keeps reverting to my own Hoopla account, but it's easy to find if you just google it.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention it in case there are others like me who didn't know it was there.
Cheers
