Hi, everyone. Miguel here. Pleasure to make y'all's acquaintance.

Honestly don't remember how exactly I stumbled upon this site lol But it's probably from watching one of many YouTube videos about pulp magazines and old school comics. Though not an American myself (I'm from Jamaica), I've always been fascinated by the history of American comics and pulp magazines. Reading Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics as a teenager was where this particular interest began. And that's not counting all the Marvel and DC comics I read before that.

I also like to draw stuff myself, so there's that.

Anyway, am a-shut my yap now lol Needless to say, I'm happy to be here :)

Miguel, welcome aboard.

I have a copy of Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics somewhere, but I never finished reading it.
But I was a big fan of his ZOT! character and comics, and there was a run of Superman books that he also did.

A lot to see and learn here, and not just US comics. Enjoy! Join in!
