Two of my favorite "oddball" (and I mean that as high praise) artists. Larry Spivack, who I think only did a handful of stories for Centaur, and E.F. Webster. The E.F. stands for Ethel Felder, making her one of the earliest female comic book creators.
Very nice scans too, so great to see them like this, thanks OS.
