I have two questions I hope someone can help me with.

1) Who is Joe?

2) Why is Joe uploading books that were already on the site? 

Talk about the equivalent of a 'cold shower'.

Blame me if they are duplicated as l am the one who transfers them from the ftp. Joe was actually one of the first to upload to the ftp, but since l did not have access to it then l have not got a clue who he is. Which books were dulicated? He has added a few to our collection, but often people forget to check if it is already available, or someone else uploads it before l can transfer them to the site. If it is a different size to the one we have l will sometime use it anyway, and wait for someone to mention in the comments what the difference between them is

And all those were new, so we did not have duplicates  All l can do is check the numbers, we do not have them already l transfer them
