I have come across some early Timely Comics like Marvel Mystery Comics and Captain America. Can they be uploaded?  If so I will upload some.

We're livin' in the grey twilight that is the public domain zone here, BWC. The Timely stuff is cool, but Marvel Comics might not appreciate the sharing of their "product."

Marvel renewed the copyrights on all material owned by them and owned by all previous incarnations of Marvel, nothing of theirs or DC's is public domain unfortunately :(

Truly? Because by today, I think that's worth researching.

Apparently, Marvel Comics #1 was never renewed and Marvel Mystery Comics #2 was "renewed" eight years too late.

Not that we should start uploading them right away, just that it is worth to look into the whole thing for clearer information.
