Would you please renew my file limit? It has not renewed automatically. this is a problem that keeps happening.

Usually it happens if I haven't DL'd in a long time. It is as if the system needs to be reminded of me, to be restarted.

Does going to your user control panel upon log in fix this for you?

I thought you fixed it last time? NO? I just saw you reply now. No, going to the control panel doesn't fix. Signing on and off, booting down and up etc and etc NOTHING makes it work that I can find.

This happens every time I don't use it for at least 3 weeks. Then, when I return, I find it has not refreshed.

If I use it at least once a week, it is fine.

Otherwise, the odds are 50%

All the dumb beginner's fixed like turning this on and off, going to the control panel, etc.--they do not work.

I rarely use this more than once a week. And 50% of the time I find the File space has not been renewed. I leave a message for you and it gets renewed and continues to get renewed as long as I continue to use it regularly.

Am I being clear?

Is there some auto-cut-off if the account is not used a certain amount?

It seems I am being cut-off every time I stop using it for periods of time longer than...(I have not document the time period--it could be 3 weeks, it could be much longer).

This pattern has happened over and over from the beginning.

if you can't fix the root problem, pls fix the current account credit level--that will (I think) fix it until I let the account fall into "disuse" and we go thru this again.

I am also having an issue with the limit not renewing. At about 7:30 this morning, it said I had 1hr, 40mins till renewal. It is now 11:00pm, the renewal time now says 9hrs 17mins (indicating that it passed the original renewal time), but it never renewed my limit.


Edit: Well, it updated properly this morning. Anyone care to place a bet as to whether or not it'll update tommorrow?

The problems might be related to our server also, some times our server dies for bit every other night, it sucks but this might also be a factor towards it. Ill shout abit louder at creator of script to find the error lol
