i keep getting 'error' when i try to download a file.

despite the fact that i have never downloaded anything on 'golden age comics uk' i keep getting 'error' and a message saying i have exceeded my download limit, when i attempt to download a file. whats the problem?

First make sure you are logged into the download script. At top it should say; Logged in as: Username or Guest.
If it says guests thats the problem as guests are given 250mb per day but that is shared between ALL guests.

If you are logged in and error still happens I would suggest you visit your User Control Panel on the download script and check what download figures say on how much MB left you can download.

If it says you have xxMB left then revisit the download script and try again.

In past we had a bug where users couldn't download till they visited their UCP and it updated their limits.

Post back if it works and if it doesn't so I can chase any bugs up.
