Did you ever register on the download site?  ???

You appear to have just registered today for the forum site. Perhaps you are one of those who's download account was wiped in the partial-crash...assuming that you were registered at the download site to begin with that is.

Which error message do you get?
Try to go to your control panel.

I tried to download, but I don't seem to have the right software.  What exactly do you need?

I am unable to login on the main page. I can log into the message board. I can check my profile. I can not login to the dowload area. I understand it is the same password and ID. I have logged out and logged back in with no luck. I can not find the control panel. I have tried deleting my cookies with no luck. Any ideas?

Sorry l am am sadly lacking in technical skills. :(
You could try a different browser to see if it is a browser problem. Make sure you are using exactly the same username and password, it is case sensitive, so if the cap locks is on it will not recognise the password. The user CP is right next to the log out/log in at the top of the page.
