Hi all,

New member but am unable to download anything as I keep getting the
"func->error( Sorry but you are not allowed to download this file as you have exceeded the number of files you are allowed to dow"
message despite never having downloaded.

Please help/advise.

Tried to download "Andy Comics 020" @ 16.4 Mb, but got the message

Error: Sorry but you are not allowed to download this file as it is larger than the amount of remaining bandwidth allocated to you for this period

despite not having downloaded anything yet from this site.
