Is digitalcomicmuseum.com some type of mirror site to this one? It appears to have same site format and the same collections.

I'm having trouble registering for that one, and am wondering if it's worth the bother if it's the same.

It's a different site. Very similar collections, but not everything that is there is here, and vice versa. I post my scans to both sites, but not everybody does.
