I'd bet that you could do it yourself easier than you can e-mail the source files. A CBZ file is just the JPEG or GIF image files in a ZIP archive, renamed. CBR is a RAR archive, in case you were curious.
(Exception: CDisplay and other comic readers use a slightly different sort order on the images than Windows does. Windows tries to be smart and so it displays file3.jpg before file10.jpg, because 3 is less than 10. More "naive" software, like CDisplay, puts them in the other order, because 1 is less than 3. The take-home point is that you should make sure that every image file's name starts the same way and pads the page number with zeroes.)
