 Hi,
My name is Michael and I have just registered. Could someone please tell me why I am unable to download a comic. I am showing 1GB bandwidth and one thousand files. When trying to download I get an ERROR message.

On the administrative side, is there a way to copy or link the relevant questions to the error page itself?  That'd be a lot better (as I see it, at least) than assuming that a frustrated user will search for instructions on downloading.

Though this does have the advantage of forcing people out of hiding to talk to us:  Welcome, Michael!
