I have had trouble logging into the download site recently, and I get the following error:

Error: Login failed...The password does not match the one in our records.
Failed inside $this->usertype->do_login()
. If you believe this to be in error, please quote the above error and report this to the admin

I'm a long-time member but I read your Newbies FAQ but received this error logging into the forum:

That username does not exist.

So I've re-registered here.  I had to set a new password because my old password was less than 8 characters.  My old password might be the problem with the download site, so I tried to re-register there.  But when I click "Register" I don't get a registration page, and instead get your main home page.

Please assist me logging in/registering for your download site.  I can give you my log-in info and contact info via PM.  Thanks.

We do ask that you only download one file at a time in order to keep the site running smoother.

Let us know when you need to be reset.
