I think it is a bad upload.  I downloaded, but got an error message and could not extract the files.  I deleted that and downloaded again.  Same thing.

I've downloaded it and unzipped it with 7zip and had no trouble with downloading nor viewing the unzipped files.
After that I've also tried to open it by "just" double clicking it with the left side of my mouse, and also then it was extracted without any problem and I was able to read it.
By unzipping it I could read it the pages as individual jpeg.
Then I've clicked 'properties' of the zipped file and changed 'open with' to CDisplayex (the program I use for reading the comics) and I was able to read the zipped file just like all the other comics.
Have you tried one of these options?
