Digital Comic Museum Problem?

I've been trying to access your fellow (I don't know if it's "brother" or just "friend with benefits") site Digital Comic Museum, and it seems to be offline.
I get "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."
Since a number of contributors provide material to both sites, I was wondering if any of you had info about the situation...
Down for maintenance?
Lightning strike or similar Act of God?
Crashed because of overload?
???
And yes, I've cleared the cache on FireFox, so it ain't that...  ;-)
Can any of you can shed some light, please?
