Introducing Myself As A Hobby Cartoonist And Animator

I found this forum when needing to get research on a fanart I was drawing of the Golden Age comic book character, Mary Marvel.  I have always been a fan of classic comics having read them since I was a child.  And drawing my own comics has been an activity of mine for many years.  I have self-published a few small comics in the past but never thought myself good enough to try the professional comics industry.  I now have a deviantART gallery where I show all my fanart and original cartoon characters as well as comic strips.  Here is the finished fanart of Mary Marvel in my gallery:
