Not that I'm trying to complain, but I notice you usually also skip the indicia.  Since that's often a good research tool (checking the dates, obviously, as well as addresses and publisher names), is there any chance you could start cycling those relevant pages in?

If the indicia is on the ifc I will try to remember to scan it.  I often work from coverless copies so they are not available to me.

Thanks for the scans Narfstar and yes, the indicia would be of help to all those researchers out there.

That's fair.  I only pointed it out in case it was an accidental omission.  Sometimes those little buggers can be all but hidden.

Currently at 9:27 uploading to my ftp.  C2C in 300 dpi goodness. Everyone has asked for it now here it is.
In a few minutes it will be followed by 300dpi scans of Yellowjacket and King of Beasts from Jack in the Box 11 enjoy.

Just Wonderful New Narfstar!
And I know another Yellowjacket should be available not that far off in future here.

The Yellowjacket Collections slowly creeps closer to complete.  Fingers crossed we see them all one day.
I'd sure love to do an Archive for them sometime after that.

And a Complete Blazing would be a fun project as well!

Triple Threat and Invisible Scarlet
« Reply #86 on: August 31, 2008, 03:33:50 AM »

Triple Threat is in my FTP. Cover to cover (I have been corrupted) scans
and Invisible Scarlet Oneil #2 also C2C scans.  I went that far but they are uncropped but anyone who wishes to improve upon my uploads is welcome to crop and straighten them.

I am looking forward to seeing this entire book, so thanks Narf old pal!

At that link, you can read up on my take of the Duke, btw.

You know, I could see a one-shot featuring The Spectre, Mr. Justice, and The Duke of Darkness -- DC could put out Bastardized Son of Final Crisis Revisited: The Three Dead Guys.

Ooh, Scarlet ONeil.  One of the best series from Famous Funnies; it's too bad the Famous Funnies themselves are off limits.  Thanks!

After months of watching and hoping the price would go down, I decided it was not going down.  I used the buy it now and purchased Slapstick #1 for $40. Look for it to appear here in the future.  Another step closer to my one book from every GA publisher goal.

Got some books today
« Reply #92 on: September 03, 2008, 02:08:31 AM »

Got a bunch of great junk.  Coverless, cfo, bits and pieces CHEAP.  Here are some choices I will probably be scanning on Thursday.  We have parent night and I will probably just stay at school till it starts.  Then sad to say I have the low math students and few if any of their parents will bother to show up.  Can we say correlation?  I will have scanning time.  I have begun scanning a Hillman Punch and Judy but got some more choices in the mail today.  Here are your chioces: Justice Traps the Guilty 83,84,90 Headline 46,76 Police 113 cfo but two complete stories, Bobby Benson 3,16 Jack in the Box 12 cfo but complete stories, Cowboy Love 10 cfo missing end of a story. then All True Detective Cases 2 stories only.  First come first serve or most chosen so vote now. Forgot to add something different in Mickey Finn #3 from 1942

I do not know if anyone is interested by here is Hillmans Punch and Judy V2#7 C2C scans. I liked Earl the Rich Rabbit.  Also we have Justice Traps the Guilty 83 from a coverless copy scanned with no ads.  The cover on GCD was no good so if anyone can add a Heritage cover it would help.

The only cover for that issue I could find was this one so far:

Sorry it's so small and fuzzy.
