http://home.comcast.net/~pfeonline

Pure Excitement Comics

It's an online reprint magazine.  Doesn't seem to be updated anymore, but it has a lot of the characters you guys have on the site.  I'm pretty sure there is some stuff on there that isn't on this site, although I could be wrong, being new here and all.

Check it out.  Let me know if it's got some stuff you haven't seen.

PEC's main man is a member here -- although I think he got chewed up in the 'Great Crash'. Before the crash he shared all of the special cd's he produced for his site. I don't have the url's anymore, but maybe someone else does.

Oh.  Well, nothing new then. :(

I believe those CDs you're talking about are on that site I linked to.

What about SteveRogers?  Is he around?  (from the Golden Years Site http://home.insightbb.com/~GoldenYears/index.html )  I saw on his website he owned a lot of Big Shot issues that aren't on the site here, and e-mailed him about maybe sending me scans of the issue I didn't have, but he never got back to me.

He's around here also -- shared a lot of stuff! Have not seen him active recently, but he springs up when the mood strikes him.

More like when the time strikes me. There've been lots of times I've wanted to contribute recently, but just haven't had the time yet. Sorry. :-\ I'll be pretty busy here getting things ready for school to start again soon and preparing stuff for my church's 120th anniversary this Fall, but I'll try to get a few books in. I guess I haven't really done anything since the crash.

As I recall, when last I posted, I was still going through my CDs. I have yet to actually scan something specifically for this site!

Sorry. I assume then that you sent it to the Steve_Rogers_Captain_America Yahoo address that I no longer use. If you need me, you can reach me here, or srca1941 at hotmail.com My goal is to someday get all of the books I own/have borrowed/have scans of up here, those Big Shots included. I LOVE Skyman, Sparky Watts, etc.! (Guess I'd better get busy!!!)

Yeah that's the e-mail I used.

I'm putting the Skyman in my BOUNTY HUNTER series, and saw that you had some of the Big Shot books that weren't on here.

If, when you get around to it, you could scan those first, I'd love ya forever.  Even send ya free copies of BH when it's finished.

So far I've posted Big Shot #19, 101, and the paper portions of #2 here. I'm working my way through my CDs of scans that I did for my online books and collected from ABPC, getting those up first, and then I'll get around to scanning new stuff. I'll try to make sure some of the Big Shots come first, but I don't want to promise a whole bunch at once. Scanning multiple issues of any one title can get monotonous. Just remind me about them once I get to the point where I'm taking requests for new scans. My goal is to get all of them (and my whole collection) up here eventually.

Got anything with the Vulture-Men?  That's what I'm trying to find the most, but any stuff I don't have would be helpful.

The Skyman won't be in BH until issue 2, so it's not a huge rush or anything.
