Well in that case it is Mort Meskin, and I'm pretty sure about that when I look at the women. But I don't know when Ditko started inking for Kirby shop and I still think he had something to do with it. It is the cute little nose accents that throw me off. Mort and Kirby usually try to pretend the nose doesn't exist because it is hard to draw, but it always seems to be Ditko's favorite part. If I was inking for those guys I don't think I would be able to resist tweaking the noses a little bit. They don't look like Simon inks either--the line depth is too sloppy. Almost... Amateurish. I say mort pencils ditko inks. I have no idea what is happening on the cover though, and I haven't looked at the other stories, so they might still give me clues. I am on the case!
